Construction Areas

Project construction is divided along four segments, which allows the design-build team to maximize construction while reducing impacts to the traveling public. Within each area, there are several stages of road construction, each with a major traffic control sequence as work progresses. Utility relocation and other preliminary work will also occur prior to and during road construction. Noise walls will be constructed after most of the other work in the vicinity is complete.
